Mick Wilson

    Mick Wilson is an artist, educator, researcher, and writer. He has been the head of the Valand Academy, University of Gothenburg, Gothenburg, since 2012 and has been active in developing doctoral education projects across the arts as an editor in chief and a member of the European Artistic Research Network, EARN. Edited volumes include, among others: The Curatorial Conundrum (with Paul O’Neill and Lucy Steeds, 2016); SHARE Handbook for Artistic Research Education (with Schelte van Ruiten, 2013); and Curating and the Educational Turn (with Paul O’Neill, 2010). Recent projects and exhibitions include: Aesthetic Jam, Taipei Biennial, Taipei, 2014; Joyful Wisdom, Rezan Has Museum, Istanbul, 2013; and The Judgement is the Mirror, Living Art Museum, Reykjavík, 2013. Wilson lives and works in Gothenburg and Dublin.
